They had never met a mature homeschooling family. . . they had never heard about family mission. They had never experienced Christ-centered learning taking place within the home. Imagine what a life-transforming opportunity Family Homestay is for those families that are hungry to learn but have never known the difference. The goal of this ministry is to facilitate rich discipleship training between families within the context of the home.

This family mission involves the following aspects:

• We Bring Families: Families are selected who are eager to experience interaction with your family so that they can become better equipped to carry out homeschooling and family discipleship.
  
• You Open Your Home: Depending on the arrangement, your family opens your home by inviting the family to stay with you for as little as a day or as long as several months.
  
• They Learn by Modeling: During the period of homestay, the family learns by experiencing life with your family as you normally would—family worship, homeschooling, chores, activities, and outings. Ministry takes place at a very deep level as you simply share those things that are most important and dear to your family.
  
• Future: Apply the same concept by having families go to other countries to experience what God is doing and come back and share with us as a means of imparting the vision for family mission.

The result of this ministry is that on both the receiving and the giving end, families are truly blessed and strengthened.
